   Reflection on yesterday's epic trip. It was mostly great apart from this 0.7 mile section of absolute terror where the route pinged me onto the A96. There was another wee bit of A96 just after Nairn, but that was nothing like as long or as frightening. Come on @Sustrans. If you're going to build new linked up active travel routes, please prioritise the bits that scare even the bravest cyclists. #BikeTooter #Scotland

     @CloudyMrs Driving that road is horrendous, I can't imagine how terrifying it would be to cycle it. It really, really needs a completely segregated cycle lane.

     @sfscotland out of 100 miles there was only about a mile total that couldn't be avoided. For a cost of about £100k it could be avoided entirely. That's a fraction of the cost of the very fancy new cycle infrastructure that takes you down from the hospital. #priorities
