UUIDv7 is nice. Still a 128-bit unique identifier, but also time-sortable with 1 ms precision.

A UUIDv7 value encodes a unix ms timestamp, and you can decode it back.

To work with UUIDv7 in SQLite, there's the sqlean-uuid extension.
