NEW: Two senior police officials in Bangladesh are accused of sharing citizens' personal information from a classified government database with criminals on Telegram.
A letter, seen by TechCrunch, and confirmed by a senior Bangladesh government official, said one officer works for the country's Anti-Terrorism Unit. The other works for RAB 6, a controversial paramilitary unit that's been sanctioned by the U.S. government.
