     @sun I forget where I heard it, but someone said movies aren’t made for people anymore, they’re made at people.

     An online acquaintance also called many modern movies, specifically franchises, anti-fan fiction.

     @sun Heh, the most recent Star Wars I've watched is Rogue One and then just didn't keep up.
     (Wasn't even aware the sequels were already a trilogy…)

     @sun the Disney movies were pretty bad
     
     I think some of the TV shows they made were guilty-pleasure-worthy (emphasis on the guilty part) but even those got worse over time.
     
     I was going to watch the latest show so I could shit on it with an informed opinion but I heard Carrie-Anne Moss gets killed off in the first 5 minutes and all my motivation to endure this obvious cash grab is just gone :whymelt:
