💥 We (Forbrukerrådet/Norwegian Consumer Council ) filed on Thursday a legal complaint against Meta for their plan to take their user’s data to train their AI to Datatilsynet (The Norwegian Data Protection Authority), together with @noybeu@mastodon.social.eu, who also sent complaints to DPAs in ten other European countries. :europe:

  Meta has announced that it will use its users’ content to train artificial intelligence (AI) models. The Norwegian Consumer Council strongly objects and is filing a legal complaint against the company for violating the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
