     @dowitcher it's the landlord's problem at the end of the day. it just needs to last a couple more months and i'm out

     @dowitcher @Paultron I would say to just harass them daily. Get some temp measurements and noise readings. There's probably some tenant rights law that can help force the fix. I wouldn't touch it because even doing it right can mean they try to blame you for breaking things
