   did anyone use desqview/x?

   i remember lusting after advertisements i saw for it in my dad's programming magazines

   desqview started as a dos tsr with desktop organizer widgets and slowly expanded into a fucking multitasking operating system

   with an x11 server

     @brooke i was in love with (a stolen copy of) desqview in high school but never heard of the x11 version until a few years ago and still can't hold the idea in my head
