1. A complex comics poster in black, white, red, and blue. The top banner states: Sometimes people’s care for their workplace gets weaponized and used against them.” The comic-style figures show one boss saying: “Thought you might be more grateful to work here.” And another cries: “Thort we were a family!” A list of possible jobs that could unionize include: An NGO, A Community Radio Station, a Sustainable Cafe, Community Legal centre, etc. The center circle element of the image states in bold: “Just remember, you don’t have to hate your job to want a union!” Bottom text states: “It’s about Democracy. Trying to make your workplace a bit more fair is an act of love and care, not reckless opposition.” Figures on the bottom of the image are voting and say: “We just wanna leave on time!”, “We want better enviro policies!”, “No more bullying!”, and “We want better health and safety!”
