I was going to replace the battery on K's mobile, but the battery still has lots of juice in it and I'd like to discharge it heavily before removing and disposal.
Normally it seems a battery never has enough capacity until you want it to be empty. Funny it's swelling up like a balloon but still has good performance.
Got some video streaming and ten apps open and the flashlight function going. Hope that drains it for me.

No trouble mixing up the new battery with the old one in this swap.

Battery was still draining pretty slowly. Trying now the technique of wifi on, but not connected to a network, wherein it keeps searching for wifi stations. That's apparently power intensive.
Simultaneously recording a video while the flashlight is also on. Let's see if that helps.

Got the battery down to 5% by lunch time. That was a bit of work. It's almost like these things are designed NOT to run the battery down. lol
It's *really* ready for a battery swap (see pic). And drained to 5% it won't be like a little grenade whole sitting around waiting to be taken to the hazardous waste depot.
