     @anarchiv From complexity research and applications to organisational theory. Eliyahu M. Goldratt is one person who wrote about the Theory of Constraints.

     Its a two pair of several possible constraints: Governing (Restricting) and Enabling Constraints. Depending on application, a thing can be both. Other constraints you might now by term are creative constraints (painting only with one color or doing everything only in one style)....
