    I've spent more time repairing my 2 #PC than i have playing #StreetFighter6 and that is a lil disappointing but it does explain why i did so badly in that local tourney.

      @oct2pus Varies wildly by game.

      In my experience

      Legacy franchises like SF or Marvel or Tekken trend older.
      Newer Smashes always trend younger like the Nintendo demographic

      Anime games/Air Dashers have Anime demographics.

      These are also only trends I've observed. Not laws.

      Fewer sweaty 16 year old at SF tourneys than Smash, by far

      @NaClKnight serious Q. Whats the age range of 2d fighter tournaments?

      A lot of what I encountered in smash was late teens to mid 20s with occasional sprinkles of young teens/tweens.

      It seems like it also has older folk (and I mean. All the people I watched play melee to sm4sh/ultimate are still playing)
