@jiub I'm 99% sure British Airways had an engineer make manual database edits to change my title to Mx. Their backend now allows you to pick it as your title from the "Update personal information" page, however only if you use dev tools (or other hax) to add the option to the form.

has one email where they didn't use the title they had, and then another recently where they put the title as the middle name in a email the other day so it was:
[Deadname] MX [last name]
