@Adam_Cadmon1 I just had to explain to someone fairly recently why 'well spoken' is a dog whistle sometimes - because you don't say it about white people! ( Articulate, incisive, clear, impassioned- though even that one maybe).

It turns out that if you are using the same compliment you use for a 7 year old for an adult, you should at least double check.

( I don't blame my friend, he thought it was a little weird but headlines can just be strange, it was re: Obama and coded messaging).
