   Frozen birria out in the Global Sun Oven, which I put out about 10 min before I put the meat in. It was 300 F (148.8 C) at that time.

   I added a TJs mix of orzo, lentils, etc. to stretch the meat & its sauce so I have more for the money.

   This takes advantage of the brutal heat today AND keeps the heat of cooking it out of my kitchen/trailer.

     Birria is done and the orzo, lentils, etc I put in with it are super-expanded! Oven is just below 350 F (176.6 C) right now.

     I took it out of the oven, but left the black pot in the sun for now to keep it warm. I am not hungry for it yet and having it inside the trailer just heats it up before I'm ready to deal with it.

     I put a 9" black enamelware roaster pot full of water in the sun oven. That's heating up to do dishes later.

     This keeps me from using electricity or propane to heat water. #SolarCooking
