     Julian is a legit musician who makes middle of the road AAA music. when he first debuted, people expected the second coming of his dad and he just couldn’t live up to that.
     
     but as his own man, he’s very intelligent and gentle and funny and makes moderately good music

     Revolver is a great album. Give "Tomorrow Never Knows" a listen.
     
     There are two Beatles - pre drugs and post drugs. As a young kid I listened to the "Love Me Do" stuff. At some point I heard Abbey Road and I hated the early stuff and only listened to the post-drug stuff. But they deserve the credit they receive. They broke ground throughout their entire career.

     So many Beatles songs are 20 or 30 years ahead of their time
     
     And the very concept of the album as a work of art separate from the singles, that’s their thing too
     
     Prior to Pepper, “albums” were two singles and then filler. No continuity.

     I used too have the original Sargent Pepper album on vinyl but the guy who took over my last apartment said, if I leave my record collection behind, you don’t have too clean the apartment
