Timo@seachanger @stevesilberman If we doubled the size of the House of Representatives, that would mitigate the rural tilt of the electoral college somewhat. Because all the additional representatives would go to populated places. Wyoming wouldn't get more reps, but urban areas would, even with gerrymandering. #ElectoralCollege #USApolitics
