     @Witch_Hunter_Siegfired He's full of shit, it's just a basic bitch republican talking point from 30 years ago so that they wouldn't sound "racist" for opposing "welfare". In reality southern blacks were very criminally active, and you can read many newspapers of the era in which they're convicted of rape or murder. The standard liberal response is that all of these trials are unjust and that the women were asking for it; believe all women, unless they're white women from the south.
     
     Here's Devon Stack breaking down a documentary about the Wilmington Riot. In it, the shitlibs post scores of newspaper headlines as an attempt to show the south as racist, but it just shows blacks acting exactly as they do today.
