   ⭐️ Mr. Trump will undoubtedly appeal the conviction which would likely not be resolved before Election Day. “In that
   case, he would likely remain free until the appeal is resolved.”

   ⭐️Given that Trump’s a first time offender, this was non-violent etc, NBC analyst Danny Cevallos says jail is unlikely for the former president

     BREAKING: Trump found guilty of all 34 felony counts. Will TRUMP GO TO JAIL?

     ⭐️ “Each of the 34 counts carries the possibility of up to 4 years in prison, but incarceration is not at all a given: Justice Merchan could instead opt to impose a sentence of probation, with no prison time.

     ⭐️ Each count carries the possibility of up to four years in prison, but Merchan would likely have Trump serve prison time on each of the counts simultaneously.
