GOP SCJs continue to taint the SC:

"Thornell v. Jones: 6–3 opinion, Alito holds -the 9C was wrong to find that a man condemned to death suffered ineffective assistance of council. All 3 liberals dissent."

Sotomayor & Kagan, accuse Alito of improperly "reweighing" complex evidence -a record that spans 1000s of pages +incl. many contested allegations -mirrors Kagan's claim last week -Alito improperly overruled complex factual findings by the dist. ct."
