     i'm seeing displays for reusable grocery store bags. i saw these pop up in new york state about ten years ago. a few years later, they made plastic grocery bags illegal, and no more free garbage bags. these kinds of events are minor, but it's tough to live through them twice. no one here is interested in my warnings. i am a ghost made of plastic shopping bags.
