     @Paultron @BigTony @PurpCat To be fair, the radio spectrum is always right on the edge of turning into a Tragedy of the Commons. Gatekeeping is one of the only ways to keep it usable. I'm not going to respect FCC rules if SHTF, but I'm not going to cheer on the airwave version of a street shitter either.
