   Ever had a mild upper chest cold that comes with just enough soreness when you swallow to be a PITA such that you can't sleep?

   The floor is hereby open for remedies.

   (And, no, I don't think it's Covid; I always seem to be vulnerable to this kind of mild torture twice a year. Still keeping the 'Rona #BAHLOCK up and running; so far, so good. *knockknockknockonwood*)

     I'm kinda afraid to do the hot shower thing because last time it triggered my dizziness, and I had to be helped out of the tub because I became too weak to move myself.

     I'll get me some honey lemon tea and gargle with hot salt water, and then just rest.

     @AnthonyJK It could very well be changes season stuff, it is a very common opera singer thing

     I would reiterate the suggestions of a hot beverage, hot bath/shower and suggest keeping water hot and available all day and sip it with nothing in it

     If finances become less tight, investing in ponaris is great for prophylaxis as well as recovery because sore throat can be drip

     Also if you have easy access to COVID tests, it's worth checking because the recent strain is supposedly very mild 🙏
