   also, a lot of people with corn allergies show no physical symptoms but may have behavioural changes due to brain allergies.

   the brain can be allergic to things, too.

   it is very difficult to identify without keeping track of how one feels after eating.

   and even then, it is extremely difficult to persuade anyone of it, let alone prove it.

     it is hard to imagine allergy to corn.

     even after finding out that a larger percentage of the population in countries/regions where corn is a staple has an allergy to corn than countries/regions where it is not.

     harder to believe that a corn allergy can be fatal. but it can be.
