I started with a BMI of 33 and now I'm down to a BMI of 25. The main thing I did to lose weight is cut out all goyslop and only but whole foods.
For about the last two months I've also been exercising and while that does curb my appetite and burn more calories it has kind of slowed down my weight loss a good bit although not in a bad way. I'm losing fat faster but losing weight slower.
I'm over half way there and only have about 20-30 pounds to go.
