@aral You do know of course (or do you?) that this war (independent of however despicably Israel's government, under Netanyahu's leadership, is conducting it) was initiated AGAINST Israel by the government of Gaza/ Palestine, beginning on October 7th and continuing since. The government of this nation of Palestine/Gaza - Hamas - in both its foundational documents and in every pronouncement of its aims since then, seeks not just to wipe out the nation of Israel but also to rid the world of all Jews. Hamas exists, by its own declarations, as an organization dedicated to genocide.
Please do NOT take my word for it - seek out and read through Hamas' publications.
One might also ask why the Muslim world has turned its collective backs on Palestine for the last 75 years and why Egypt's border with Gaza is now and has always been closed up tighter than Gaza's Israeli border has ever been.
