   OP says she’s in Missouri. She has a lawyer, says ex didn’t show up for court the day the divorce was finalized and is now claiming he disagrees with the terms and the custody arrangement so judge overturned it. I also don’t understand how this could happen. If this is true, women are so fucked. This is nightmare Handmaid’s shit

     @DrPsyBuffy @bmacDonald94 In California a default divorce can be re-opened for almost any even vaguely legitimate reason up to 180 days after service of the default on the party or TWO YEARS if they aren’t served. My ex tried this (claiming I coerced him into the settlement) but, luckily, his lawyer missed the deadline. It’s nuts!
