   And here's a tip for the kitchen staff getting an extra 4% on my $17 cold smoked trout soba bowl: either use a smaller bowl so it looks like a whole meal or put more cabbage and soba noodles in the oversized paper bowl. This place is a total rip off. I'll finish this, pay up, and have lunch on the boat. 🙄

     THIS is bullshit. A 4% surcharge for the kitchen? How about paying them better? If I wasn't already sitting here with my dogs and nowhere else to go, I'd walk out. I'm so tired of surcharge bullshit.
