I just heard that you can get doctors to prescribe ozempic here too. how fucking american do you have to be if you're literally stuffing your face so uncontrollably around the clock that the doctor doesn't see any other options but to sedate you
I refuse to believe most of these people actually eat too much. nobody fucking eats too much unless you have some very specific mental illness, and you don't.

@sampo exercise has minimal impact on your total caloric expenditure. People eat more than they should because caloric value and satiation only correlate halfway and it takes longer to realize you don't need any more food than it does to eat more. Just like with alcohol, you only realize you should have stopped two drinks ago, not that the time is right.

@cereal I just don't think a normal person eats too much, you're supposed to eat a decent amount of food. You barely get any nutrients if you're just eating a tea spoon of salad per day. The answer is exercise, not eating less.
