     I know a few .mil trainers.
     
     They are ordered to not criticize the POCs.
     
     Don't correct them, don't help them. Do ONE briefing, move to the range, ensure no one gets hurt, and mark them "PASS."
     
     All of the serious 11* guys I know shoot on their own time and use the civilian trainers on their own dime.
