   flatpak is alright
   compoundfs looks like it will solve some neat problems if/when it gets integrated too. they need to approve those proposals to replace zlib with zstd tho :ablobcatnodblink:
   
   compound works with ostree to remove the problem of having to install a 300mb gnome runtime ten times. it'll just share artifacts across runtimes. good stuff. make it happen.

     @gray i'm not interested in running too much hollerith software but the techniques behind those are sound.
     
     if i had the resources i'd probably have nix copied to use rebol instead

     @icedquinn I’m thinking I might give Fedora Silverblue or Kionite a try at some point. It seems like an interesting project.
