   @tokyo_0 I’ll be trying out their default blue/purple card in person soon, already used it to book a hotel in Japan at a good foreign exchange rate. So far so good… but I don’t expect to use it much aside travel, so resisted the upselling and personalisations 😉

     @tokyo_0 @tokyo_0 I transferred GBP from my bank to Revolut, then in the app moved it from GBP to YEN, enough to cover the hotel and more. I used the visa card online to pay for a hotel in YEN. This took the amount from the Japapense yen "pot" of money.

     I still have a modest pot of yen in the app (and a modest pot of pounds). The UI and website make it sound like they keep it in the marked currency... I've not used it long enough to be 100% sure.
