     Good god, and now a former president of the United States—beloved of finger-wagging evangelical moralists—is relying on a former Hell’s Angel leader to discredit the testimony of his accomplice in illegally channeling hush money to a porn star with whom he cheated on his wife. Praise Jesus.

     Listening to coverage of the trial and still slightly fascinated by the frenemy thing he has going on with almost everyone in his circle.

     They fall out so frequently, but then—sleeze irresistibly drawn to sleeze—so frequently wind up on good terms again. To an extent it honestly wouldn’t surprise me if Michael Cohen had some sort of role in a second Trump term.
