Okay since I’m now catching up on Tommy (after listening to Hommy), what are some other concept/rock opera albums I need to listen to?

The Varangian Way by Turisas is a concept album about about Viking/Byzantine history that really deserved to be a full rock opera.
The Chronicle of the Black Sword by Hawkwind also doesn't get the credit that it ought to (but that might be just my general feeling as a Hawkwind fan).

Robert Calvert (ex-Hawkwind) made 2 I think are pretty extraordinary.
The first, Captain Lockheed & The Starfighters is about the German military buying a plane from Lockheed so terrible it was called "The Widowmaker" by German pilots.
The 2nd, Lucky Leif and the Longships is about what America would be like if the Vikings actually spread their initial settlement in Canada and colonized North America. Complete with Beach Boys/Viking pastiches.
