     @pezmico Yep. When my kids say they don't want to go to school, I don't sell it to them as a way to learn to be job-ready, I say it's to learn how to read & interpret media so they know how to challenge the powers that be …

     I say they need to know how to both control the tech, and know how to survive without it …

     It's super hard to truly cover those bases while still living in the existing system, though.
