All is saved! The tofu tikka ingredients are marinating for tomorrow. The fennel saute is cooking for tomorrow lunch. I found some chickpea curry leftovers in the fridge that I didn't expect, so that is it, with rice and gluten-free paratha.

What to cook for dinner? I was going to do Tofu Tikka, but it takes 12 - 24 hrs marination. Right. You could have said that upfront.
So I think I will do sauteed fennel with onion and herbs, with pasta, and a cuke/tomato salad. It took some thinking, because I really wanted spice and protein. Tomorrow.
