   Why are there literally zero options for PDF editors that aren't proprietary garbage that coasts $150 for no reason?

     I find I can get everything done with a combination of <whatever viewer you like, I'm loving zathura>, Okular for basic annotations, Evince does a better job with PDF forms, PDFArranger, OCRMyPDF, then xournal++, inkscape, or LibreOffice Draw for "edits."
