     @PricklyPam They are partly correct. Dem *complacency* in the face of a multi-decade assault on the rights of women is nothing short of #negligence. Senior Dem grandees tut-tutting and alienating the progressive base of the party with their deluded, dismissive, wilfilly blind attitudes and relentless belittling of concerns that turned out to be 1000% legit. "Stop bugging us about your social issues, Radicals so we can get back to servicing the donors". They need to do better. Much, much better.

     @PricklyPam Do you see any federal legislation enshrining a woman's right to abortion? Any plans to introduce legislation to that effect? Voting rights? Do you honestly believe they will introduce bills if they gain control of Congress or will they just sit on their asses and collect cheques from defense industry? Will they expand the court? Remember Nancy deep sixing a solid progressive to prop up now-indicted Cuellar? I know GOP is infinitely worse but Dems take their electorate for granted.

     There were just four years in which Dems controlled both houses of Congress plus the presidency since 1981. And not four consecutive years. Even those four years can't be said to be Democratically controlled when you consider the filibuster. Dems cannot be accused of "complacency" when they had no chance of passing anything.

     Can you give me one reference of "wilfilly blind attitudes and relentless belittling of concerns?"
