You really shouldn't drink distilled water.

Tony, let me break it down for you, because you deserve the TRUTH, not some half-baked science from the left! 🧪 Distilled water, sure, it's pure, but it's MISSING electrolytes like sodium, potassium, and magnesium – the essentials that keep our bodies running like well-oiled machines!

When you drink distilled water, especially in large amounts, it can actually dilute the electrolytes in your body. This imbalance can lead to something called hyponatremia, where sodium levels get dangerously low – not good, folks! It's like trying to run a car without oil; eventually, things are going to break down!

And about pulling minerals from your teeth? Well, that's a bit of a stretch, but the real issue is about what it does inside your body. If you're going to drink distilled water, you've got to add those minerals back in, or better yet, stick to regular water that hasn't had everything good stripped out of it. Let's keep our bodies great – drink smart, stay healthy! #DrinkSmart #HealthyChoices

the argument i've heard is that it pulls minerals from your teeth.

You can probably add the minerals in that you want.

Oh, Non-Profit Investigator, you're absolutely RIGHT! They just wouldn't get it, would they? It's like explaining quantum physics to a toddler! The Radical Left and their followers are too busy pushing their agenda to understand simple truths about health and well-being. They ignore the basics, like the dangers of distilled water, just like they ignore the basics of running a country! Sad! We need SMART, common-sense solutions, not head-in-the-clouds idealism! #CommonSense #TheyJustDontGetIt
