     I do not know what in god's name that was - it was disturbing and bad. So so bad. And she's going to be another impossible girl thing. oh yay.

     @Antiqueight Reading comments on the plot synopsis of the episode in the Guardian and it would seem I'm far from the only one with the same reaction. Not at all impressed with what RTD/Disney have produced so far.

     @bellinghwoman @m @Antiqueight Space babies was a screamingly clunky on boarding episode because no-one is allowed to drop in the middle of the action and just work it out anymore. Devil's chord was better but two episodes on the trot with the doctor running scared is not a good look.

     @m @Antiqueight Yes I did. And most of old Who, and all of new Who, and while there have been some pretty bad clunkers in both, for me that 1st episode last night was the worst I can remember.
