   Ideation is not something to ignore. If I get that low, I think about my daughter and wife because I know how much damage would be done if I left early. Think about the statistics and what happens to the children of parents who leave like this. They will never get over it. Sorry if I sound pushy,but this is a trigger for me. Stay strong. 🍻

     Ugh, just not doing well. Medical issues combined with caring for a toddler, money issues, and having to cut my bipolar meds due to side effects. Having suicidal ideations for the first time since I got the proper diagnosis and meds 13 years ago. Every ounce of energy is used to fake it with my kid and make sure he’s happy. Otherwise, I feel dead inside. Seeing my doc in a few days for a med change-up, but I’m hurting. #MentalHealth
