     @doktor yeah, certainly makes you wonder. Lyme at least is very odd because of where it was. I think non-intentional releases are the most likely possibilities in some of the cases, but what's interesting is those that are controlling things don't want to have that discussion because they don't want to stop.
     
     What is interesting about *this* is that part of the WW2 lore is the Nazis doing all these horrible experiments, and then we turn around and do just that.
