     @r000t my only problem is if I lose power, it probably means the ISP gear on the pole is down too.

     @r000t In the case of short power drops, you don't even need to put the networking equipment on the battery backup if you can't be bothered - you just wait the minute or two for the power to come back and the router to boot up and the stream should resume itself.
