Do any folks with #adhd have any tips for dealing with rumination? I had a “traumatic” interaction today that is stuck on loop and if I can’t process it somehow it’s going to mess up my sleep.

or if it’s applicable, i try to break down the bad thought loop of what happened vs my perception of it.
the first one paired with some distracting media i like is the most helpful tho
