     @epictittus there's quite a lot of good things happening in that way actually, all over the country ppl are sending help, either donations or actual manpower and whatnot

     @epictittus there's efforts but apparently the govts are getting in the way more than helping, from what i'm seeing, with classic Brazilian bureaucratic inefficiency. hard to tell if it's just that, inefficiency, or done out of spite.
     
     like tardiness, holding up donation trucks to check documents and shit
