My wife has the LCD from two years ago, I have the OLED.

There is a pretty obvious difference between the two. The OLED has a slightly larger screen, a much faster refresh rate (90Hz), and better brightness/contrast/color.

If you plan on keeping the Steamdeck for the long term, I'd recommend the OLED over the LCD. The quality and performance is seriously worth it.
