     I’ve weighed the same for a year but
     1) it’s too much and
     2) I have not been working out so it’s muscle turning to fat
     
     Today my pants don’t fit properly. I’m sick of it. Gonna get back in the gym.

     No need for fasting if your on the keto diet. It’s very difficult too eat more calories than you burn while on keto.
     Fasting too me sounds like a torcher regimen
