@malwaretech and then you find that the supposedly 'practically instant, definitely same day' wire transfer is holding up your house closing two days later because the document has been inexplicably printed out and is being ignored in hard copy by some banker. When you call and ask why you still have money but still do not have house, they look at it and say it's fine and put it through immediately. Or is that just my bank?
