@Guy Limón is a variety with a very compact habitus but decent crops. It's a Capsicum chinense so should be your taste. Not as fruity as the carribean ones though. Yeah, indeed you can prune them also very well. Not to be confused with Aji Limón (aka Lemon Drop), which is a Capsicum baccatum.

Guyroscope (guy@mastodon.scot)'s status on Thursday, 02-May-2024 04:56:02 JST Guyroscope Hi #Gardening folk. I grow a variety of #Chillies on my window ledge. Some, like Ring of Fire, respond really well to being pruned into a compact bush while others, like Serrano, never seem to fruit if I trim them.
What I'm after is something with the heat of a Serrano, for salsas etc. which I can keep compact, also a hot fruity number like a habanero or scotch bonnet likewise.
Any suggestions will be welcome.
