@cell afaik it applies to all currencies that are in use within the euro zone, I once sent SEK to my swedish friend and it didn't have any fees. haven't looked into it further than that though, so I'm not 100% sure

@cobalt i see - here in SG the FAST service only applies for SGD, if you want to transfer USD between banks for instance, you revert back to the stone age, cheques and wire transfers and SWIFT dependencies and all that lainy likes this. -

question for eurofriends: your SEPA makes it very nice to transfer between banks in europe right, all instant and fee free, but does this only apply to EUR (and other euro currencies) or can you transfer USD between say, Germany and Finland instantaneous and fee-free as well?
