   I can't tell which is weirder; running Tor on a SPARC or talking to a fedi instance on the clearnet that's using Tor.

     @opal Yep. But this guide got posted to "set it up on any instance on the clearnet" so it can federate with Tor instances.
     
     The idea is you need to let your instance know Tor instances exist and can be talked to.

     netzspheare, my own pl.wowana.me, and i think social.i2p.rocks, had outbound requests through tor
